The fees for Resolvia’s services are each party AUD300.00 + GST per hour.

The hourly rate applies to all time spent by the practitioner in the following activities:

• Meeting with the parties, either individually (intake sessions) or during joint/separate process sessions

• Liaising with any party’s representatives (with prior consent)

• Research and reading time, if necessary

• Telephone calls and email communication

• Travel costs and travel time for conducting the process, as agreed in advance

• Preparation of related documents

The parties will be charged for the time spent by the practitioner with each party individually or jointly.

In addition to the practitioner’s fees, the parties are responsible for the room rate for in-person sessions (half-day or full-day) unless the session is conducted online via Zoom.

Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in advance, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Cancellation/Postponement Fees

If an appointment or session is canceled or postponed within 2 working days of the scheduled meeting, the parties agree to pay 100% of the half-day cancellation fee (AUD2,000.00), unless otherwise agreed by the practitioner in advance. Any unredeemable travel costs incurred will also be charged.
